Purpose of this document: To outline our data needs for reporting, specifically in PASS.
Why do we need this data: This information is used by Pathways Canada to understand and demonstrate program outcomes and impact and is used to report in various reports and communication materials. Examples include Provincial and Federal reporting, corporate funders proposals, results summary, and stakeholder reports.
Reporting cycles: Programs are expected to produce student enrolment reports four times a year as outlined in the Program Delivery Agreement. The dates are standard for every school year and are as follows: October 31st, January 30th, April 30th, and July 31st.
